A little Canberra...

Muchos high winds in certain parts of the UK today as 'Doris' passes through. Started with a Lightning F6 but landed it sharpish due to it being tossed around. Didn't stop AI though :lol: Blew the dust off the JF Canberra figuring it would be less of a handful and so it was.. but not by that much!

Safely on the deck at Marham. Winds at 40kt but straight down the runway. Still blown to buggery on approach though :lol:

Great pictures. I love the J.F. Canberra, a firm favourite of mine. Wish they'd do something about the pilot's helmet though. It looks more like he should be at the controls of a bobsleigh than a jet. :lol:
