Nice shots Dave, which B17 and Lanc are they? Would the B17 be an A2A model?

Regards
Nigel.

Yes mate.. its the WOP2 B17G (no Accusim). The Lancaster is by First Class Simulations. Both are dated but good buys if bought in a sale. Accusim for the B17G will cost another $29 and exponents of this addon will (I'm sure) tell you it's worth every penny. I've toyed with the idea of getting it but for the once or twice a year I fly the model.. it's not financially viable. It's important (to me) that I have a Sally B in my hangar.. not one with all the bells and whistles ;)

Somewhere I have a short video of Sally B and Pink Lady in a tail chase at Duxford. We were in the farmer's field on the south side of the airfield, and they went right over our heads. Magnificent !

Another look at the FCS Lanc, and it still looks weird to me - there is something very not right with the shape of that model, IMO.

True - at least until a certain Mr. E. Walters can be persuaded. ;)

Thought for a moment you were remaking the Memphis Belle movie... Just need a half decent Binbrook scenery.

There are Binbrook sceneries out there Pete.. I may even have one myself somewhere. No idea how accurate they are and I think the one I have is from the Lightning era so a bit mod.
