Don't know whether you've seen this in your part of the World:

From another phone video on last night's news, it seemed he was going way too slowly to make that sharp turn, especially at such low altitude.
Last night, I wondered whether some idiot had stolen the aircraft and didn't know what he was up to, but it seems that he was well experienced.
Unfortunately, he won't be learning anything from the event. Also sad that his girlfriend also died. Condolences to the families involved.

Horrible thing to happen to them, when watching the video you just wish that he could have had more time to recover, just hope that they did not suffer

Nigel.

A very sad accident. The video shows a very typical stall and departure into the first stage of a spin. One of those accidents that we keep warning pilots about, but every once in a while it still happens.
Due to shortages and cutbacks the light at the end of the tunnel has been switched off.

Not that "I" warn pilots, but I agree. As I mentioned, the error looked so basic, I thought that it may have been joyriders in a stolen aircraft until more facts emerged.Archer wrote:A very sad accident.
