Just swapped over to the FSX version (in P3d). The T'n'S ball was stuck over as per Paul's post even though the FA-18.dll gauge was already in the gauges folder. I copied it into the aircraft panel folder & it worked there. :dunno:
BTW, Rob, you left the .x & .xanim files in the model folder. ;)

Rob, Dave B...

A good while ago, I was having problems with the Meteor NF11, as seen here:

http://www.cbfsim.co.uk/cbfs_bb/viewtop ... hilit=NF11

Henk sorted me out, and because of that, I'd assumed that FA-18.dll was still in the gauges folder. However, as you can see, that was when I was using P3Dv2.4. So the name of the dll rang a bell - the name of the sim didn't. Dave, thanks for the link, but I have a clean copy of FSX on a back-up drive for just such occasions, and found FA-18.dll there ( as I did last time...dear oh dear... ).

This can only mean that senility is more advanced than I first thought and maybe it's time I went to the breakers for scrap. 8)

Just to confirm, I placed FA-18.dll in the main gauges folder, rather than the aircraft panel folder as Dave G mentions. For me, the T&S ball is now working correctly.

Couldn't resist this - parked up after my first landing in the Sea Hawk. This might be your finest model yet, Rob.

Well.. she's in the paint shop. Currently feeling my way around the PK and trying various colours e t c. This EDSG is the one I used on the Scimitar v2 paints.

Once I have a basic paint ready.. I'll start chipping away at the very extensive list. I thank PeterW for getting rid of one already
