Can't comment on the models listed, but do pay attention to the video card installed, while FS9 and FSX are more CPU bound, newer sims like P3D and probably the upcoming dovetail sim rely more on the graphics processor for performance.

Many thanks again formall your comments and advice, have taken them all on board so hopefully will be able to get her one that matches her requirements. Just for your info I will still have my desktop for FSX, the laptop will be for Babs to do as she wishes. :worried:
