Hi folks,
I'm a big fan of the HS-748, and love flying it when I can. I recently purchased a copy of Captain Sim's weather radar, and have found it to be compatible with several aircraft, but has anyone ever come up with a panel design,or made it compatible with Rick Piper's 748?
thanks!

Hi Pilotboy, and welcome to the forum.
I can't answer your question I'm afraid, but maybe someone here has added it to the 748 and can help.

Welcome from me too pilotboy
Sadly.. I'm with Dave on this. I fly with real weather nearly all the time but tend to take what I get on the nose rather than check enroute. Someone may be able to help though

Re: Weather radar on the HS-748
The weather radar on the 748/Andover was /is the E Coles (Ecko) E190 same as the K version of the Herc. Aircraft returns showed up as cigar shapes with weather (clouds and therefore precipitation) as green masses on the screen hence the term 'cloud and clonk' . The antenna could be rotated 90 degrees to give a mapping mode.
Might just have a crack at this one.
