Well.. remember back to last Christmas when I bought CS Weapons? I finally tried it today  A bit miffed to find I had to go to CS and download the manual and TBH.. I've only read a couple of pages (the important ones) but I've got it to work. It's remarkably easy to setup. All you do is launch 'Loader'.. select the aircraft (or helicopter) you want.. click a button and the new (alternate) panel is put in place. I've a few models that fire guns but that's all they do.. fire guns using effects. They don't hit anything so.. I thought I'd try Weapons :)

If you load up shift+3 and shift+4.. it gives a modern a modern HUD which is horribly out of place in an Avenger but you don't actually have to use it if you don't want to. On that last shot.. I pointed it in the right direction and fired  It's staved off any urge to buy TP (again) for the time being

Ah, I wondered if you'd got TP at last. CS Weapons isn't too bad really, shame it wasn't developed further.

I don't think it had any further development despite the promise of more things to come. Ah well.. it was only a tenner and that.. it has to be said.. is pretty good value ;)

Colin.. the Avenger is from Vertigo Studios. It's ok but unless you really want one NOW.. wait for it to appear in the sales. You won't have long to wait ;) A truly disappointing number of UK repaints for it. It's almost as if we never used them and we used plenty :(

Agreed, but take heart, Duxford's Avenger is to be repainted in FAA colours. Yes it was called the Tarpon for a while, but eventually reverted back to Avenger, thank goodness.
