Unfortunately not - some of us (well, me definitely) did shout a bit about it being the one aircraft that would need a dedicated tanker scenario (similar to the old Lago Tornado). I think the compromise came with setting a realistic rate of refuelling and having to remain within set parameters for the time being, whilst TacPack enabling would supply the more realistic refuelling. I don't know much about TacPack, as I've held fire for the moment but I hope there's a Victor for the refuelling part!

That's a shame. It would add another dimension to have a tanker. Does look like a nice aircraft though.

I bought the F6 last week, and as I was feeling racy, I bought TacPack too.

On the Lightning- brilliant. Just brilliant. It's my favourite aircraft anyway, I had the JF one but this is something else. A joy to fly, and a handful to land, but it's just a pleasure.

Tacpack compliments it beautifully. Last night for example, I took off from Leuchars and had created a Victor tanker through the Tacpack manager. Before departure I created the Victor in a racetrack above Kirkwall and a target drone over another point. I scrambled, climbed out, tracked and destroyed the drone with 2 Red Tops (the first failed to explode!) refuelled (well tried, bit more work required to hold station for long enough to fully fill the tanks!) and returned to base.

I'll be looking into other Tacpack compatible aircraft but this has potentially opened up a whole new world.
