The UK2000 VFR Airfields can't be beaten for value. As Dave said, you do get major airports as well, albeit not as detailed as the Extreme series, but far, far better than default.
Extreme airports are superb, but do come with a frame-rate hit, so the VFR versions may be better if that is a consideration.
