EDIT: re the Demon.. I've uninstalled it, redownloaded and installed it again and the Forrestal model still has no glass in the canopy. I've emailed Virtavia

EDIT#2.. Phil got back very sharpish. Apparently, they no longer have the source files for the Demon so it can't be fixed Never mind.. I'll try and drag the Forrestal paint onto one of the other models

A) Placed a warning in the product description at all the vendor's websites, telling prospective customers of a known defect before they purchase ?

B ) If he hasn't, and having placed a product with a known defect on sale without warning the customer of said defect, has he offered a full refund on demand ?

If he hasn't done either, he's probably in violation of consumer protection legislation all over the planet. He might need to wake up to this, before M' Learned Friends come knocking.
