Wish I had an easy answer to this! I've looked at your flight and the error appears to be with the blackbox. Your route information is correct and shows you took off from DK and landed at LL so all I can suggest at the moment is that you sit tight and wait for one of the FSA admins to put you and EB back at Heathrow. This has happened before but it's not what you'd call a common occurance.
Has the flight been reviewed Ady? Being the festive season (sigh) it may be that the admins are off enjoying themselves. If it has been reviewed and the end result is as it was when you landed at Heathrow (wrong airport penalty, you and EB still in Cologne e t c) raise a ticket to get it changed.
Yes.. I noticed it had been flagged and was still flagged today. Dare I say it but you may have complicated things by buying a ticket and moving on but I understand your willingness NOT to have to wait for them to do something about it.
