The file names are different, so be sure to disable your original AFX_EGSU.bgl and AFX_EGS2.bgl by either moving them out of an active scenery folder or renaming them from .bgl to .bak or something similar.
Should be fine, but just shout if there's any problems.

Brilliant ! That's fixed it - I have my Duxford taxiways back ! I shall store that zip file somewhere very secure, in triplicate. Thanks hugely for your help in sorting this out, Dave, very much appreciated. And thanks to you too George for giving the matter your attention. Beers all round.
BUT ! There's always a but! I now have a different issue with ACG Duxford. The people are about half the size they should be, and are floating about 2 ft in the air - as you can see on this picture, they make the A2A Cub about the size of a Dakota. Anyone else have this problem ? It's in P3DV2.4 by the way.
I don't know what you have done Paul, your spectators are mirrored or you are looking from behind (The characters are "Face the Viewer"). Anyway mine have their feet firmly on the ground:
Think I may know what the problem is there Paul. LM changed the way fx are rendered in P3d v2.4, and one of the changes was to the scaling. If the peeps are placed as fx, then they may well get rendered at half the correct size. I'll have to check and see if it's the same here, but I don't have time tonight & also I've modded my shader files to correct the scaling so it may not show up anyway.
Dave B : Great shots, and on-topic too !! Sorry that this has become a support thread for my Duxford P3D issues. Its a shame they don't still have the Tigercat at Duxford - the routine it used to do with the Bearcat was spectacular.
George: When I have the Airshow scenery active, everything is fine - the people are the correct size and facing the flightline , as in your picture. Its only when the airshow scenery is deactivated that I get the levitating small people.
Hey.. fear not Paul. The ultimate aim now is to get your Duxford sorted. I wish there was something I could do to help but I don't have ADE installed yet (new Windows install) and importantly.. I don't have P3D so I'm grounded
Yeah.. I enjoyed the Tiger very much and have many shots of it over the years on 35mm. It always looked absolutely immaculate. You could have shave in the reflection.. it was so highly polished. I still have the old Alpha Tiger Cat and did think about dragging it kicking and screaming into FSX as AI but as it was really an FS8 model.. it probably wouldn't work. Might be worth a try sometime It's been fun pulling together the old OFMC paints and I think I'm close to having all the current TFC paints. The Bear Cat in those shots is an old FS9 model (the old Alpha model which may also have been native FS8) so the Tiger might work

Ok, had a peep at the people. The ones in the airshow addon are standard scenery objects that don't rotate to the viewer. You say they're fine, which is what I would expect.
The people in the normal Duxford scenery do rotate to the viewer and are in fact placed fx files. They look OK on my system, but as I said I've modified my fx shader (actually using the one from P3d v2.3). I did reset it to the default one and then I get the same half size people floating in the air.
By my reckoning you've got 4 options.
1. Put up with it.
2. Remove the people entirely.
3. Use the v2.3 shader file.
4. Modify the people fx to rescale them. (not sure how to go about that one!)
If you go with the v2.3 shader there's no guarantee there won't be any side effects. I haven't noticed any (yet!) and it also fixes some other issues such as afterburner fx being the wrong size.
