why wouldn't you give this a try?

Post by 233SQN »

This looks good.. I use their FSX Booster and it makes a real difference on my set up. Need to read the detail but a free try before you buy has got to be worth a shot?

Dear Simmers,

FSX is alive. Like never before: FSX is back ! How?

Because FSPS just re-invented FSX graphics engine, because we forced FSX to think about what user needs. For the first time a revolutionary technique is used to tweak FSX directly while you are flying ! We proudly present you – after months of development and fine-tuning, FSX Fiber Accelerator!

You just set an upper (in FSX) and a lower (in FSX Fiber Accelerator) , frame limits, and you are done. Everything is done by the application which just need to run along FSX while you fly.

Updating all possible FSX tweaks every millisecond, FSX Fiber Accelerator , bring you the ultimate graphics experience in FSX. High frames on the airport, perfect quality on texture loading and smoothness during flying. From the creators of FSX Booster you would expect nothing less.

To hard to believe ? There is a try-before-you-buy demo version available (5 uses, for 5 minutes each) to test it around the hardest ("frame-killer") airport you own and which you know well. Get the demo here. Please take a look in the included manual for detailed instructions.

Of course it is fully compatible with any fsx.cfg (tweaked) you personally created, or FSPS boosting products!
Thanks

I just got the same email Colin. Dunno what to think *-) I have FSXB but don't use it all the time.. usually when I've got ASN and FSC running. Will this make FSXB redundant I wonder *-)

You buy it first and let us know what you think!

Well they must be confident to offer a "5 free goes" demo?

My home PC is "marginal" but with FSX booster (VFR scenerey and Treescape) I get as-good performance as our much faster and newer Sqn set up with identical conditions. So I'm a convert!

I guess you also got the email from Earth Sim's too about threir new wonder scenerey?.... I might need the new booster to run it!!
Thanks

No.. despite me changing my email details at ES 2 years ago.. they still continue to send stuff to my old address 8) The only bonus is that it must have saved me a few quid over those 2 years

I still get tiles flashing black (off and on again) every now and then using FSXB.. something I'd hoped it would eradicate and I've had to reinstate my backup cfg once as it buggered something up but by and large.. FSXB has worked ok.. surprising given just how cheap it is :) I'll take a look at the price of this newbie AND give the demo a try :cpu:

Well I downloaded it, results inconclusive!!..... but I think it was good, trouble was by the time I had got it installed and working properly I had used up my 5 lives! If I could have another go I would know for sure!

Some positive feedback on other forums however.

Biggest shock was how well my current system held up buzzing around New York at 300mph with scenery turned right up to start with, perhaps I don’t need it!
Thanks

I did wonder if 5 goes would be enough when I read in the blurb.. try various settings. Is 5 goes enough??.. I guess not *-) I was also interested to read that it's supposed to work with all addons including FSXB2013 :-O I can't see any reason to have 2 similar programs running side by side trying to achieve the same thing :dunno:

Hear, hear!

On the second topic, I was quietly salivating over the ES photoreal until I saw the price  :-O

I went direct to FSPS site and was surprised that this wasn't listed.
I got the same email as you two.
I searched their site and it found nothing.
I'm beginning to wonder if this is some kind of SCAM.
I'm going to try a query on their site to see if it is genuine. :worried: :worried: :worried:

Seems to be up there now... you have to find it through their store - it's not on their regular product menus that I can see. I've given it a try and it does seem to help a bit. Still haven't really decided though...

Thanks John, ;)
Apart from it not being on their site, the spelling errors and syntax raised my suspicions even further.
I'd still like them to tell us the answer to the point that Dave raised-why not just say that Booster 2013 was replaced with this superior product?
I placed that query, and have a ticket.
