I just wanted to add... I have had a look around and the latest zip was done back in 2010..at no nodes''... surely there have been other objects made for FSX since.

Hi Joe,

Which scenery library are you after? There are loads of different ones depending on the type of objects you want. For example, I use Ted Andrews RAF buildings library, but that's about it from memory. You tend to only need them if your placing objects yourself, or some addon scenery requires them. Hope that makes sense, its been a long day

Hi Ben,

THe EZ scenery library files that are used in many of the scenery addons? no nodes have them listed in the must have for FSX.
The current EZ Scenery Library; all inclusive scenery object collection by David Grindele was post up
back in 2010... Is that the most recent inclusive DL? :S

... I just don't want to clutter up my new install. or worse..... All ready had one FSX crash that went blue screen...
So bad, Ben I had to repair the startup files! PC wouldn't boot up! :-O (I've chosen to ignore it happened ...and I'll ask no questions at that.)

Well.
I dl'd the ez scenery " all inclusive" zip dot 1 from the FSX
must have section at no nodes...

*-) the exe. Is for fs9.

Anyway I reckon it must be a must have with all the replies I've gotten.

I've only ever used the EZ scenery bits when I was trying to do my own sceneries, but found them frame heavy as they seemed to be port overs from FS9. Not used them in a good while now matey. Do you have some scenery that needs them? *-)

Hi Ben

yes a couple I added call for them .. probably tidbits not really needed. The airports I have added have the necessary stuff ..
I'll just... fuhgeddaboudit ! ;)

you are right about the frame rate hit of port overs. They're Best left out of FSX.

I still haven't touched the FSX cfg file..
questions, forthcoming :worried:
