Cheers Mate.. I like the scheme too.. as you can tell  It certainly makes a change from Police helicopters and Air Ambulances!!

There are so many more things I could do. Surprised no one has asked where the White Ensign is on the side  Suffice to say, the White Ensign wasn't always there.. in fact the Sharks scheme changed quite a few times over it's life. I simply picked one and went with that. It's no hassle to add a White Ensign should I feel the urge ;)

Well I think that changes in paint technology mean that it's no longer possible to get the exact shade / hue of red that was used on the Sharks' Gazelles ...

... and I think that repaint looks tanfastic. Well done, Mr. B.

Glad you like it Ro ;) I've had another fiddle since then (as one does) but I'm not sure it's for the best. A simple matter of removing the new layer will get it back ;) Yeah.. the red looks great at certain angles.. a little bright in others and perhaps a tad dark in others. This is all FSX I'm afraid. Adjusting the hue to make the brighter bits look better will obviously cascade as the angle/shade changes making the current 'good' areas less so and the darker areas probably too dark. One could go on forever. It's like the 'Police Blue' I tried to get on the EC135's. You want to see how many different blue layers I have in the PK

 Addictive mate, very nice too. I've spotted a Gazelle in the red leaving Bedford in one of the "End of RAE Bedford videos, so that will be my next trick :worried:

Oh dear.. I'll have to see if I can find a shot and turn the EC130 into something else

ROYAL NAVY titles, a roundel and perhaps an Admirals logo are ready for the 'blue' paint. I've taken the US muck off the pilot too.. he's Fly Navy now

I think it looks just dandy, though I'm not sure whether I can see a serial number on it yet ... another great effort, Mr. B.

:)

No serial number yet although the layers are ready for one ;) A variation on the Sharks theme inspired by Rick's Jetstream is what it's supposed to be but I'm still not quite sure how much will be white and how much will be blue. I quite like the way it looks at the moment but who knows what tomorrow will bring!

OK.. I've gone round in circles with this. It's had a blue nose, it's had a blue nose that's extended down under the fuse and now it has a white nose  Wording and numbers added plus a Vice Admirals flag for good measure. Started getting runtime errors in Elements when doing text so I'm guessing Elements has seen enough of this one too
