So, there I was, out of Manchester for Frankfurt, in the cruise at FL290. Nothing amiss, just a little bumpy as there were some thunderstorms about. Next minute....well, look at the altimeter on this screenshot!!!!

Never seen that happen before. OK.. some movement but certainly not 20,000ft
