This it's mid-form. Sometimes it's normal, sometimes much worse.

You know.. I've seen similar to that before but a long time ago. It was in FSX too but on my old XP3200 pc. Can't remember what card I had fitted though. It may well have been an Ati/Sapphire
I didn't get it all the time and wondered if it was my system giving in to too much being asked from FSX and not enough available to dish out

Could try making a back up of the dll.xml, delete the original and see if that helps the blurs to go away?

Looks like the graphics card is being over loaded. Have you tried turning the settings down a bit?

Well.
Yes, (I have now)- no difference. It starts fine, but as soon as I go to the menus it blurs. ATC is the same.
