I've got 2.1 c/w patch at the moment, but I'm intending to do a clean re-install anyway.

Anyone know if FSUIPC still works OK with 2.2?

I installed the patch last night and did initially have a small problem. When selecting the Maule M7 (a default aircraft, I think), every few seconds the sim changes to the 'Quit P3D/Carry on flying' window. Today I deleted the folders as advised by LM, re-started the PC and re-installed the patch.
I must say, that I'm delighted with the performance and the cloud shadows really add to the immersion ('though can hit the FPS).
One other point (which I had recently noted in P3Dv2.1) is that non of the clickspots work in the VC of Rick's HS748 or any of DM's aircraft. I don't recall seeing this reported. Anyone have any ideas?

Dave, FSUIPC is working fine on my install of P3Dv2.2.

I have seen click-spot issues reported and there is definitely a solution, but I can't remember what just now. I think it was switching off glass reflections in VCs - so if you don't have that option you might have to do without.

I can't even get to the download page

Tried the LM main page - just hung "busy" trying to load.

Tried the Log-In page instead - ah! Came up promptly and let me in. Clicked on the Download Files page link - nowt! F5 to refresh the page after about 10 minutes waiting, then try again. Same thing

This is not what I call good customer service. High demand? So upgrade the server! This isn't some back street indie project.

I've not been flying for a couple of months now, and when stuff like this happens, I ask myself why I should bother. Okay, yes, because I have spent half a fortune on loads of products I haven't even tried yet... *-)

Still, there's always DCS World. Or Strike Fighters 2. Or Rise of Flight. Or Take On Helicopters. Or tiddly-winks...

I downloaded the whole package earlier this evening without any trouble. Really fast download speeds too.
Just tried to access the site & it seems to be working fine here :dunno:

V2.2 does seem rather good so far :excited:

It was the same for me, Prepar3d website not loading, wanted to jump on the forums to see if anyone else was having issues running REX. Prepar3d runs nice without REX but as soon as i use REX for weather i get poorer frames and heavy stuttering. Without REX i can get constant 30FPS, stranger is that Monday night it ran with REX just lovely, Tuesday night just pants!
