Unless you buy the products on cd/dvd, you
have to use the ESI Installer to get them onto your pc and even if you
have cd/dvd copies.. you can't install the software without it going online thru the ESI Installer. This said.. what happens if you want to install it to a pc without an online connection

I dunno is the simple answer but there is a way to do it I'm sure

Once you have hard copies on your pc.. there's no need to use the installer again as long as you know which files go where and in which order. I didn't 'install' Guernsey this time. I just copied the files to my EarthSim folder and Guernsey was there. In order to use the airport, I had to add the ALT file to Scenery\World\Scenery then physically add EGJB in FSX

It does have it's advantages but it's still a pain in the butt
