Yes, got the MSI GTX 760 4gb. Pretty pleased with it. Much better than my old 460, although it can get bogged down if I crank things up too much, which is to be expected.

If it helps, I just loaded up Uk2000 Heathrow, with the QW 146. Video memory use was just over 2.2gb. Most settings were medium/high, custom AI traffic @ 30%. Frame rates around 25-30 (limited externally @ 30)

I'll put a post at P3D and see what's said. My thinking is with more cores it can process the data in the vram more quickly as P3D offloads work to the GPU. I still might throw my arms up and hammer the savings for a NAD D 3020 though

On the face of it Scotflight looks ok. Haven't done a thorough test, but this was Edinburgh and East fortune....

Thanks, Dave. I tried various settings but noted no significant improvement.DaveG wrote:Try limiting the frame rate to 30. That usually helps with the blurries.

Re: For those who haven't noticed...
Pete, did you use P3dV2 with the old card before fitting the 780? If you did, it's best to delete the shader cache or you'll still be using the shaders compiled for the old card.
Also, I found having terrain casting shadows switched on caused blurries, so make sure that's off.

Thanks for the Scotflight pics, Ben. I'm wondering how that photo-terrain will look with the Revolution-X autogen on it. Have to reinstall it to P3D (I've only put it in FSX atm) and have a look.
Mind you - if it's GenX, I won't have it.
