Shackleton Sounds

Post by PaulC »

Morning All,

Does anyone know if there's a link or an address for the Griffon Sounds mentioned in the readme for the fantastic Shackleton?

I know there's unfortunate things going on with Britsim :( so I was wondering if the sounds lived anywhere else. Searching has found me nothing unfortunately.

Cheers Chaps,

Paul

G'day Paul :hello:
I have the zip file that goes with the following README. I'd be 99.9% sure it's what you're asking for.
If you can't get it from the other suggestions, I'm happy to either email it to you or put it up on my site to download.

FS2004, Four engine Rolls Royce Griffon sound pack created specifically for Avro Shackleton Bombers.

Not tested in FSX
================

INSTALLATION: Simply copy the included sound folder to the aircraft of your choice.
Make a backup of your original sound folder if necessary.

================

IMPORTANT!!
These sounds are released as FREEWARE and MUST! be kept so.

================

Some default MSFS sounds were also used to make this set possible.

================
ENJOY!! ;)

... mentioned in the readme for the fantastic Shackleton?
Which 'fantastic Shackleton' is this Paul? I have 3 on my system and none refer to bombs, fx files or a dinghy *-)

EDIT: Ignore.. you must be talking about Rob Richardson's model. Don't have it I'm afraid.
