Yup.. I struck while the iron was hot even though I couldn't afford it. I don't think it's available as a download either.
Bad luck mate.

Earth Simulations have another sale on at the moment 50% off.
Considering buying Treescapes Vol.1, worth it?
Also Guernsey looks pretty decent.

I think treescapes is worth it, GenX is rather flat without it.
Guernsey is great, but very heavy on the framerates with the detail cranked up unless you have a very high-spec PC.

Thanks for the prompt response Dave, deal done with Treescapes, £7 seems reasonable.
Should be able to handle Guernsey. Got a 3.1Ghz Quad Core i5 Ivybridge, 8GB DD3, Nvidia GTX560 Graphics Card.
Run full sliders on IOS at 60FPS (FSX Tweaked ofcourse
)

I'd like to see your tweaks (ooh-err) if you can run a steady 60fps with everything maxed out.
I'd say on average, I get around 40% lower fps at Guernsey compared to IOS

A lot of that stuff in there flies in the face of just about every other tweaking guide I've seen
That's not to say it doesn't work though as FSX can be a strange beast at times.

I was browsing this site the other day, and found a number of FREE D/Ls, some of which I took up.
I was quite happy with the results, taking a dawn flight from Bracklesham Bay (?) past Portsmouth for a sticky at the big spiral, then across to IOW for a happy landing.
I'll be getting some more of their payware.
Two volumes of treescapes are going FREE if you own the relevant scenery areas.
