Last question Dave.
Do you have any agn files in C:\Program Files\Horizon Simulation\VFR Photo Scenery for FS2004\Volume1\VFR Photo Scenery\Texture\ (and vol2 and vol3) ?
If so, would you like to keep them or overwrite with those in F:\Autogen UK\Autogen folder for GenX\ ?

Hello Mate
No.. all parts of VFRPhoto are 'agn free'. They can go straight in and won't overwrite anything

I added your 'peculiar' agn file 010331030310330AN.AGN to my FS9 installation and this is what it shows:
It is in the Irish Sea:
and there are 352 trees

They have very strong roots you know
Thanks again for your efforts to get me autogen in FS9 btw. Although the UK (England/Wales) looks incredibly featureless without any.. there's obviously something wrong somewhere. I did have a missing tile.. maybe 2 tiles around the Bristol area which I gather was a known issue with the VFRPhoto that came with GenX. BridonBear found a link and got the missing tiles for me
Never mind.. it was worth a try. However poor FSX runs when compared to FS9, it is visually superior in every way. I'll still not bin my FS9 though

Even on my lowly XP machine I never run FS9 except for testing.
I was delighted with the VFR scenery when it first came out, now I can't bear the low res ground textures.

Here's a little project I completed with SAMM2, Instant Scenery and Fencebuilder, but where is it? (FS9).

Nev..
I edited your first post and recovered the shot in your second from it (so it now looks like you posted the same picture twice)
I can't see why the first isn't showing but you ended the second with {/img} instead of [/img].. that's why it didn't show
Dunno about anyone else but I've no idea where that is. I take it the models in shot are a clue??
