Grand Teton National Park

Post by speedbird591 »

Tonight I've been exercising the 737-200 by doing circuits at Jackson Hole in the Grand Teton National Park, Wyoming. It's 6,500 feet ASL and cold!

Hi Ian,

Very atmospheric, that last picture could be real, especially with those mountains,

Cheers,

Roger.

Why don't you equip yourself with a proper Boeing like those on the ground in the first Picture... I'm on the verge of donating my QW 757 to you

Nice shots though matey

Actually, that reminds me, Ben. I've got the Captain Sim 757 (and 767!) on a hard drive somewhere but I forgot about them. I think I found the panel a bit too 'modern' for me at the time. I was having one of my retro moments

I might dig them out for a bit of variety. I can't keep flying the perfect classic jetliner every time, can I? I have to go second class now and again

I've the CS one too mate, but binned it (after paying full p[rice for it) as it was unusable. :wall:

Can't remember if the CS one has it too, but the QW one has the various cockpit layouts including the early "retro" one.

Well, I just installed it on P3D and guess what? I've binned it! It was unusabubble

It caused P3D to crash on startup and I had to do a system restore before it would forgive me. Then I went and looked at the QW one and I like it but I'll leave it for a few days and see how I feel. I mean I wasn't even looking for a 757 until you came along :dunno:

I don't bother any more, Eric. I've trained him to wind himself up now

The QW one doesn't have a P3D installer yet matey, so you'll have to use that Estonian black magic
