Hi Gents,

Having now moved over to FSX is there anything i can do about the waves around the shorelines of the default scenery, i have tried adjusting the scenery and it could be just me but i have had no luck removing them,

Any help would be appreciated,

Thanks,

Roger.

There's two wave mods at the bottom of this page

http://www.simviation.com/fsxscenery10.htm

They give you a clue on what files are used and if you still want to stop the wave effect it may be as simple as renaming the appropriate wave fx files.

Hi,

Thanks for the help, i will give them a go and see what i can do, like you say once i look at the files i may be able to change the waves,

Much appreciated,

Roger.

Edit,

Yup i found the fx wave file in the effects folder and removed it, no more waves! so it suits me,

Thanks again.
