Always thought this paint looked odd mate. Not odd in the sense that it's odd but odd to see UK markings on an American aircraft.

Ah well strictly speaking I believe the RAF used the Canadian Canadair built ones rather than the US version. ;)

Yes but you know what I mean :lol: It's like us having B29's.. covering them with RAF paint and calling them Washingtons. Odd.. plain odd :lol:

LOL...or like Westland building S.55's under licence and calling them Whirlwinds! :lol:

No.. the Whirlwind isn't the same.. neither is the Phantom. I think I need a better pill/alcohol mix :lol:
