Why do folks list vids as one thing then write text to say it's something else?? A Jumbo jet engine that spent it's working life in a TWA L1011 8) Fair gets my goat up!

To be fair Dave

A TriStar is a Jumbo Jet...the term was applied to the 747, DC 10, L-100 and Airbus during their developments....the age of the Jumbo Jets type thing

It just sort of mainly stuck to the 747 but it was a general term like gripper to denote any early jet compared to later generations :worried:

Funny to go from that, to this -

I think someone needs to redo his powerplant classes. Beyond continuing to try and start the engine despite a clear hung start, he obviously didn't check to make sure the throttle was actually working before starting...
