Heard some stuff from airfield ops the other day about foxes.

Seems like they are a regular visitor to the airfield.

Along with badgers and rabbits and everything else the countryside offers. :lol:

As always it's the birds that cause the trouble. :worried: :wasntme:

When I went late one summer evening to Luton I saw lots of hares jumping about on the grass between the taxy and runway. The only time I've ever seen hares in my life :lol:

I was listening to ATC a LGW one night years ago and a pilot reported a fox on the taxiway without any nav lights

It appears there is a new twist in the game of Fox Hunting.... with 500 mph jet airliners ... *-) And to think it coming from a crowd who is always on are arse about taking things over the top!
