Hey!...I should have said that I had a tip from another forum...I had discovered a while ago that you can't WALK through scenery and that meant that I could not climb scenery steps or a ramp. I had to go round them. I assumed wrongly that this meant that one could not walk up and down hills. However, someone told me that you can; so I didn't work it out myself
