SWA 737-800 Launch Party

Today a friend and I attended the 737-800 Launch Party at Southwest. Lots of fun. The aircraft (our first 737-800) still has that 'new car smell'.

They are lovely when they are delivered... just a shame that they have to let passengers on board to trash them!!!

Great pictures Brian. But..I must ask...what is that strange feature with the wing turning upwards at the end ? What is that called ?

Ain't it the truth. Her first revenue flight is on 11 April, so she'll stay clean for a little while longer.

I think it's called the wing-extension URL placement holder thingy...or something like that.
