A 'double header' of birthday salutations today for two of our distinguished contributors.. Tomliner(Eric) who reaches a stately 67yo and to T6flyer(Martin) who dips his proverbial toe into 'Grumpy Old Man' territory for the first time

Well mate.. I've looked back over the last 2 years and Eric was 65yo in 2010 and 66yo last year. Perhaps it's his youthful good looks??

Spot on there Dave.Many thanks folks,I'm afraid the numerical value is correct. SWMBO and I will be meeting daughter and partner in town for a meal and a few glasses of lemonade(which may actually look and taste a bit like red wine).In the meantime I might treat myself to a flight in a Vanguard from maybe Coventry to Aberdeen.
ps postman has just delivered a few more b'day cards and a birthday letter from Edinburgh City Council with next years council tax statement ! B@$tards. EricT
