Could it be anything to do with Home Premium?
Several suggestions like the link to MS Virtual PC and the snipping tool for screenshots are not available in this version.
Come to think of it there have been a few things that I'm told should be happening but aren't.
There was an attempt the other day to set up remote desktop which failed and I've just read that is something else Home Premium doesn't support.
It didn't say so...it just didn't work, it would have been helpful if it had said it couldn't.

Sorry...do you mean maybe SP1 is not in place??
But it is
The installation is all up to date
Hopefully I'll be able to move on
I have a virual XP installed and if that works as I hope it will I will have W7/64 to use if I need it but otherwise I will be in XP
But knowing my luck, something will crop up....
