Nice shots indeed. One issue though not aimed at you at all, but people keep saying how realistic the water looks, same goes for FSX. I could not disagree more, to my eye the water always looks out of scale with the aircraft and it always behaves oily if you get my drift. Or is it just me. I was looking at some OUTERRA vids today and that is much more to my view as to how water behaves.

Hi Peter :hello:

This does look terribly like FSX to me though in my defence.. the furthest away from GenX photo scenery I've been is northern France in the BN Islander. Perhaps the closest comparison might be Flight Unlimited (1 and 2) which ran from DOS if I remember correct and ran like a dream. It literally blew FS5/6 out of the water in every respect and even now, is comparable with the latest and greatest from MS. It's only drawback was the restricted areas of flight. I've just thrown it away as it happens  (part of my rationalisation for the move to the Midlands) ;)

Keep posting shots Peter and I'll keep looking ;)

Hi Folks

Peter -
Great to see you enjoying Flight.

Followed your screenies at Mutley's.
Noticed you'd gotten out & walked
to collect the Kikaua Beach Aerocache.

IIRC correctly,
I think there's only two ATM
that its essential to get out & walk for.

All others are flyable to collect,
though may require a temporary suspension
of your 'professional' behaviour.

Have you tried the various Landing Challenges yet ?

When you get round to them,
would love to hear what you think,
particularly of those for the Stearman.

They can be found under - Activities - Challenges

EDIT - Forgot to ask -
What do you think of the Checklist mechanism ?
Press Q to access.

I've never felt so frustrated....... died so frequently/spectacularly/or needlessly....... yet had so much fun, in a long time.

Well It looked dodgy to land in the water off the beach, so I landed in the bay before the beach and then walked to it. I have since picked up another by diving down through it and thus collecting it while airborne...Both methods seem to be fun :)
