Hi Ben
That's the original Airfix release, they come up now and then
It was briefly issued in Canada with TCA decals about that time
Airfix replaced all their box arts with Roy Cross paintings

We were given (gifted) an original Vanguard on Superb and have been offered £50 for it. Gladly, the offer was refused

Re: Vanguard hammers Credit Card??
It's pointless really as the decals will be unusable and were not up to modern standards anyway
So if you want one to make you might just as well get a recent issue and after market livery of choice
A couple of years ago there was an original went for £30 which was amazing as it was just the box and destructions

I'm off to Brooklands in the morning. Perhaps I should 'borrow' the contents of our box and sell them to the chap who has the box.. for £50 of course
