What a fabulous work of art . And I thought that the little V8 ( Daimler ) I'm rebuilding at the moment was small with its Mini sized pistons !!

It would have been nice to see it running under it's own combustion rather than on compressed air but an amazing feat of model engineering nonetheless.
I used to work with a guy in the UK who was a model engineer. He specialized in steam power and he had an amazing steam powered traction engine built from blueprints. He was a part-owner of a full sized one and built a working replica of it. He was working on a steam loco when he had to give it up due to cataracts.
