End of Summer Time
Just a reminder that the clocks go back an hour tonight for the UK at least
So don't be alarmed when you start up FS and it starts rebuilding scenery index's

Re: End of Summer Time
One more week for daylisht savings time here in the Colonies, but I think Gary's comment still applies as the law to implement the new dates here was passed after FS2004 and maybe even FSX.

Re: End of Summer Time
It might have the various time zones acitvated by something on the net.
All I do know is what happens the first time it's turned on and how I felt the first time I saw this and didn't know about the effect the time change made

FSX started showing autumnal trees in North America a couple of weeks ago for me, with lots of snow in Alaska.

Re: End of Summer Time
Those seasonal changes seem to be set dates.....the time zone changes are variable.
It used to be decided in the UK by Parliament for the following year but a while ago they settled it once and for all as the last Sunday in Oct and March
I believe the US had a concern about trick or treaters with and earlier nightfall so change it after Halloween
...that's what I've been told by an American

Why? they're not going to throw you overboard - they're going to throw the tea overboard
....unless they require you wear a red coat
- That - might be cause for concern.
