Cable management

Post by jonesey2k »

Finally after more then 6 years I decided that I have to retire my Coolermaster PAC-T01 to "Computer made from spare parts" duty. It's a very nice high quality case but was designed for a previous generation of hardware. The 80mm fans were noisy and inefficient and it was very cramped inside. Went for the Corsair 600T SE as it looks quite cool, is very roomy and it is very well ventilated. Should accommodate the latest and greatest hardware that will be ordered soon very nicely.

I'm very happy with the provisions for cable management in this case. Very neat and tidy, loads of room to work in and route stuff.
It is designed to accommodate a 240x120mm radiator in the roof, I might forage into the world of watercooling.

Colour may not be to everyone's liking but I can always spray it at a later date :)

Meh, I was bored.

Excellent pics, I like the case it seems to keep things very tidy and cool.
I assume the 120mm fan at the top will be to exhaust any heat from the case rather than push air in..hot air rises
Cheers Tony

The front and top are 200mm jobbies :) Spin at 1000rpm max and move a shed load of air. Rather quiet too.
The top one will be replaced with a dual 120mm radiator in the near future.

Well that pic is now out of date. All that gear is now back in it's old case. There is now an i7 2600k, Z68 mobo, 8Gb of ram and a HD6970 in there. :)

Holy mother this is one hell of a clocker! Hit 4.5ghz on the stock cooler with barely any voltage increase! :-O Can't wait to see what this chip can really do with a decent heatsink installed...
