Skysim Mirage
Sorry to bother you on this site, but there seems to be no one monitoring the Skysim Mirage forum, my installation of the Skysim Mirage has disintigrated, there is a topic on the Mirage Forum showing a picture of the the very same, the fix was to go back the Skysim Store and dowload and completely install the model again, fine , but the Mirage is no longer available to purchase or download from the Skysim store, there is no reference to the Mirage and no explanation.
I would be very grateful if some could enlighten me as to what has happened, the support forum is still there but as I say no explanation as to why the Mirage has disappeared, I know there have been problems at Skysim, which is a pity because the Sea Vixen, Hawk and Mirage where excellent aircraft, I have the Sea Vixen and Hawk on my sim giving me hours of enjoyment can anyone suggest how I can get my Mirage back !
I have posted on the Skysim Mirage forum I am still waiting fo an answer.
Thanks for all your help in the past
I am not after any refund, I would just like to get back the challeng of flying the Mirage.

A good place to try is SOH, they are very helpful.

Also mine does look like that in the preview mode, but in the actual sim no problem. Is yours unflyable?

Re: Skysim Mirage
My thanks to all, and apologies if I caused offence, I am familiar with sim outhouse, i am also slow on the uptake. I will enquire there.
As to the question does the aircraft show on simulator, no it doesn't its there I get the message to go back to the Skysim store and install again, what i will do is completely remove the aircraft from my sim, install again through the Flight 1 procedure, using the key codes I have stored and see what happens.
Again my thanks to all, I will come back if I have anything positive, it could assist someone with a similar problem

Re: Skysim Mirage
Hello, I am back with some info, the message on my sim instead of the Mirage gave a site address, http://www.als-sim.com. I went on this site, and the author is reworking the Skysim Mirage and it will be available soon owners of the original from Skysim will be given a discount if they wish to upgrade, the original wil also be available from this site for free.
So there we are something positive, why I didnt go to this site before, well I did say i was enclined to be a bit slow on the uptake.
By the way this looks an excellent site http://www.als-sim.com, I have never heard of it before but I guess regulars to Classic sim will be familiar.
I hope this helps some poor soul who like myself wondered why his lovely Mirage had disappeared

Re: Skysim Mirage
Great
Glad you're getting sorted...thanks for the info
Don't think of yourself as slow on the uptake, it's just that sometimes things aren't as clear to start off with as they appear with hindsight...it's something we all do at times...but that's where the forums come in...we're here to ask
