Yes I am hoping to get it replaced but that no doubt could take a while!! So old PSU fitted but I am short of a 6 pin video card power lead as my PSU only has one. So cant really run it until I can find one and order it. :(

Glad you seem to have your box sorted, but the main thing is to get the "knee" in trim.

Hope it's not too long before you are putting your name down for the marathon Tony.

sadly the only marathon I will ever get through is now called a snickers :) Knee not bending as much as I had hoped and still a fair amount of pain but its getting there, nice of you to ask though, appreciated.
I am trying eBay to source a lead at present so I can at least use the PC seems there are two type of 6 pin to molex leads mine has to have the Non Square centre pins. daft idea doing two types!!
Cheers Tony

Update...CCLonline wont do anything I have to go to OCZ I have a3 yr warranty so I am waiting an RMA number annoyed that I will have to pay for return postage though! I checked the PSU and all the voltages seem there so its an odd one. but its faulty so I will have to wait for my new 6 pin video card lead to arrive for me to power up the old PSU fully. bluddy computers

Tony

CCL are trying it on - I thought that wasn't allowed and found this:

http://whatconsumer.co.uk/is-the-guaran ... ritten-on/

My reading of that is it their responsibility and you should not have to pay postage.

Try mentioning Sale of Goods Act and a few web references.

OCZ seem to be moving quickly I am hopeful that a new one will be with me soon. Pushed the old one into service and it seems to run ok however oddly it boots past the boot screen then hangs before windows fires up, a reboot cures this??

Well OCZ have given me an RMA number and I have to post with a load of conditions! to Holland, oh and at my cost!!! I reckon 20 euros.... Well they can reproduce off as far as I am concerned I could buy a cheap PSU for that! I find it disgraceful that their product which is faulty either parts or workmanship is then my responsibility and cost to get it to them with no refund! I have told them that as well. Will see what happens but I WONT BE BUYING OCZ again just as a matter of principle as far as customer service goes!
