Asia Scenery

Post by J0hn »

There's a scenery pack available at AVSIM which covers WWII airfields in Burma, China & India plus radio range stations on the N Atlantic route.

It's by a Mr Alex D. Nicolson (anyone here?) and the file name is cbix.zip

Just in case anyone missed it ;)

My FSX is currently 'in transition' awaiting a fresh Win7 install, so I can't tell you what it's like, but the read me text is detailed enough to suggest the package is worth getting.

Only very quick screens, Karachi (the only one I remembered after reading the readme  )

With authentic genuine WWII era microlight.

Be warned, there are three ICAOs which are duplicated, KC (Kanchow and Mohanbari), LL (Alipore and Allahabad), and PG (Pagan and Panagarh).

Duplicate ICAOs can cause problems in FSX.
