I pulled the release model yesterday afternoon and it fair ripped down for me. My BB is only 2mb and the connection was over 120KB/sec (on par with Allnodes on a GOOD day). Ah well.. at least that chap had the satisfaction of having a good moan

Probably a function of everyone sitting at home using the Internet because they can't get out, eg online shopping, porn, mp3s, etcI realise that the weather has affected many thing, Sirs, but to slow the connection down to less than 10Kb/sec is a bit much
Alternatively, the cold has compressed the telecom's copper wires restricting the flow of data
