Models to static aircraft

Post by DelP »

Hi folks.

For those that haven't visited FSDeveloper recently, there's a nifty little freebie that converts mdls to static aircraft for scenery development......

Not really. You can use SAMM to convert an aircraft model into a static model and then use ModelConverterX (also available from FS Developer)to convert the static model to a true FSX one.

I have been using both programs for a couple of weeks now and they work well.

I think he means that SAMM will not convert FSX native aircraft into static models.

This is true, they must be FS8 or FS9 aircraft.
