Re: Another Cessna...
I really like the 60's and 70's vintage Cessnas, but I prefer them without viewing a GPS in my face and without digtal radio stacks please. It's a free market and the buyer has the option not to purchase, and I certainly will not - but it is dismal to see the virtual pilot dressed as Benny Hill and still be expected to take the project seriously. And no...I couldn't make it better myself, difference is I won't...or not at least as payware. I can't see Carenado losing sleep over the competition.

Re: Another Cessna...
Even the B and C models I have seen in the US being used as jump Planes are not that bad.. as everyone said -- very amateurish and VERY expensive.
By the way what he refers to as rust....I have seen Cessnas over here left in a corner of little airfields that showed that sort of corrosion around the control pushrods and things like flap tracks -- but you wouldnt fly them in that condition
OK Ill take my soapbox and go quietly
I guess I have spent too much time around Fabric covered British general aviation models recently.......................

If you buy anything and it's not up to standard you have a right to complain as you do if you think something is below standard and choose not to buy

If it was about freeware then that's a different case
We probably have all complained about faulty cars in our time but none of us could build a better one.........that can be said just about anything

I think I'll have a pass and go with the Carenado ones instead. I don't think this one's made with GMAX, just look at those jags.

I don't fly Chipmunks - therefore I should be ranked as an Auster!
