Taking the nose wheel diameter of (about) 3 cms on your ruler, multiplying by scale 1/20 = 60 cms = 23.62 inches. Which is about what most people say it should be.
Soooo ... I think we just about got it right first time by guesswork but it's nice to have confirmation. Many thanks.

I had a problem of scanning as the sheet was too large. So photos with ruler was the next best thing. Glad it confirmed your original thoughts.
