The bike crash hasn't helped, my insurance premium has skyrocketed since the claim is ongoing...

Hiya Mark

You should get that back mate.. that is, your premium should adjust down again once Joe Bloggs has been successfully nicked. Unless you have protected cover (which is as scarce as hens teeth for a motorbike), you automatically lose your no claims when a claim is made regardless of who was to blame. When the other party is found guilty, it will (or should) go back to where it was
