I've been flying again, but I took out something completeley different, my 737 and I have the same problem. I've flown other aircraft and this problem isn't affecting those. An additional piece of information, rudder control is lost when on the runway at or above 40knts, this affects take off and landing, in the air, the rudder moves freely.

Strange, as this never happened before the reinstall, but I can't see what settings are different or could affect this. *-)

This definately sounds like yaw damper or auto rudder. Is there any way you could be engaging this by accident?

Well, I keep checking and auto rudder is definatley off.

On the 737, never used to make any difference weather or not yaw damper was on or off, which on other aircraft it does. Quite strange, there must be something! *-)
