A bit odd
Seeing as M$ are the ones that introduce most of the broken bits as we buy Betas
and they spend years fixing it then replace it with a new broken OS when they get near to fixing most of the M$ induced errors

I like the last paragraph
What they should be saying is 'Microsoft has built a vast database of fixes for faults & problems'.....but they never have the fix for 'your' problem

What they should be saying is 'Microsoft has built a vast database of fixes for faults & problems'.....but they never have the fix for 'your' problem
