Post by stelvio »

After installation of C 17 (UKMIL Version) including patch 1-1, the throttle panel is always black. Is there someone who can help me ? many thanks for the attention.

Hi Stelvio and welcome to CBFS :hello:

I don't have this particular model as my time in FSX is irratic to say the least :worried: Someone here may have it though so hang in there. There is a support forum for UKMIL models over at UKMIL but having just had a look, you have to be a 'member'. I'm not sure if that means a 'free' member or one that has paid for membership *-) Alternatively, UKMIL is a regular visitor here and if he see's your post, he may be able to help ;)

Hmm...

Hopefully they'll sort you out quickly. It runs perfectly in my FSX set up... a very nice model in all respects!

Stelvio,

Sorry for not responding - RL got in the way and I haven't gotten near a computer. I'll check it out as soon as I get the chance to fire up FSX... I hardly ever access throttle panels, as I'm a lucky sod with a full thottle/yoke setup. Spoiled rotten actually!

Sorry Mate, won't be able to help you out afterall...

I'm one of the types who never had FS9... but I picked up a copy. I was asleep at the switch when I tried to install it this morning, and 9 ended up getting installed on top of my FSX install... everythings pooched now, and I'm going to have loads of fun getting back up and running!

Good luck with the C17!

ciao Mark, I'm sorry for your trouble and I wish you to do the best and speedfull FSX installation ever done.
Since I didn't manage to understand how to make appear the throttle on the cockpit I shifted on another version of C 17 less sophisticated of the UKMIL one.

you asked and asked and asked over at UKMIL ,and we told, and told and told you, just as you have been here, SHIFT+7 opens the throttles. we really cannot make it any easier and more simple than that. However you kept complaining the F7 never worked, WE NEVER MENTIONED F keys anywhere!!!!
