I'll second that  I'm 99.9% certain that the 'new' sound anomaly I'm now seeing is a consequence of upgrading the video driver the other day.. something I ALWAYS advise NOT to do. I get it playing sound files too (I found out this evening) so I will reiterate.. EVEN after not taking my own advice.. If it aint broke.. don't fix it

DanKH wrote:Theres was a reference on this very forum to an article on aerosoft forum ... I can't seem to find it now, but I've posted it over at HJG, under Tweakings ... and I've used it myself ... It is VERY worth your while following it .... the actual document is called settings.pdf and the title of the article is something like "why do I always get 50 fps" ... or something ... should pop-up right away in a Google search.

This one, Dan...
