I'm about 6 months late on this thread... but just to set Garry's mind at ease. He isn't wrong. And neither is everyone else...

I did release a "version 1" Wisley that was my first ever effort and when I later realised I could make a better job of it, I started a "version 2", but then as Garry said I got a proper job and dropped off the flightsim scene.

In "theory" it shouldn't be "too" difficult to finish it. If people were interested enough I could add it to the list. I am quietly making some progress on the scenery front again. Exclusively for FS9 I should stipulate. (Sorry FSXers)
